Trailers show this game is more a 3rd person shooter than a stealth action like the way it was b4. I saw sick counter attacks, huge explosions, assault rifles, but nothing seemed like the ol' good Splinter Cell, and Sam Fisher looks even younger than he was in Double Agent! maybe it lacks cool stealth things, but it will be a great shooter,I can't wait to play it!

I think it's going to be great. I loved being 100% stealth in previous Splinter Cell games, but adding a bit more shooting is fine to me. I barely used my machinegun in Chaos Theory, apart from the sticky-camera.

Its still a sneak and stealth kind of game just with a hint more shooting, but u cant take the enemy on head, from the look of there new target system u mark them run away and leave a last known position where the enemy goes to look and u can then jump them from the sides or take them out from behind once u circle around them.
The old style way of taking down enemy's still seems to be an option, however i have not seen any vidoes where he actually does a nonlethal takedown.
So my overall idea is this is a evolved version of Splinter Cell, but from the start we have seen splinter cell evolve so this is my idea of the next step, even the Coop looks awesome on the videos.
