Idk how to use the requisition and power cheat for skirmish can u help me? and i have the dev at the end of the line thing

The console is very sensitive about how you write things, but it's pretty easy. Write:
cheat_power(900)
and you should get 900 power, though the game will alert everyone in it that you are cheating. I don't know if it is relevant at all, but it should indicate that you've written the cheat right.
