My game bug's at the second level. I cannot move forward. Can someone tell me from where i can get level unlocker or saves.

I am stuck in chapter 4 at the bottom of the wizard's tower by shield guardian.Now you've passed this chapter;can you please help me?did you have the same problem;if yes,how did you solve it?If not would you please help me in any way you can?At least send me saved games of chapters after this chapter.
