...just happened.
I drove an ambulance into the sea, by mistake, the screen turned black, and all the collect mission-related achievements were unlocked at once.
What the flubber?
In essence, I was just rewarded 80 gamerpoints for driving an emergency vehicle into the sea.
EDIT: Okay, I found the cause. I fell off the world. So in a way, I was everywhere while being nowhere, which explains why I unlocked all the collect missions.
EDIT2: It also had the undesired side effect of ruining my save file. I can only see a black screen when I'm on the ground. It's fine when I'm airborne, but otherwise...
EDIT3: Actually, restarting the game fixed it. Whew!
