regarding the Ikarium option, it seems you must pick up some Ikarium for this to work. I just tested it using a freshly created character. You might find that it works best if you have at least 1 Ikarium and you save the character first then reload from that spot.

regarding crashes, check the troubleshooting guide. i just tested the trainer again and it works perfectly-
