As the title says,
Who is your new favourite character for Left 4 Dead 2.

In the first one it was Francis for me, now it's Nick.

Left 4 Dead 1: Bill..
Left 4 Dead 2: Ellis..

Nick and Louis

All the new characters seem a bit unbelievable to me. I can't see these types actually surviving Z-Day. The first game's characters, maybe, but these...not so much.

Let's look at this.

Bill is a vet, Francis is a biker, Zoey is a horror enthusiast, and Louis knows his way around a rifle.

By contrast, Coach is just a highschool football coach, not really having any combat experience, Ellis is a small-town mechanic, and Rochelle is a pampered Producer. Nick is an ex-con so he might have combat experience. Ellis might know his way around a gun, seeing how he was raised.

For me, I just don't see these characters making it. They don't have the skills required to save themselves in crisis.

Anyway, my favorite from the first game is either Francis, due to his sarcasm, or Bill, due to his story. From the second game, probably Nick, because of his history. He seems to be the most believable.

I liked Francis because of all the "I hate.." comments he made.

Francis because of how he gives Zoey such a hard time on the CrashCourse chapter (freakin hillarious) and Ellis because of all the dumb stuff he says espically the last part before you cross the bridge.

Nick with katana. But the katana should be faster, it would make things faster.
