kane hope you see this i got the steps you did was wondering did you have problem with original men killing new men i tried to get the new men in the new equipment and couldnt do that another question is there a way to just change the original mission like tobruk and add tanks then play or do you need to do all the steps also this looks similar to theatre of war setup you might be able to do adding like open saved game and add tanks and crew similar way in theatre of war have u tryed that yet if not ill try and then post back if i can do it.ok this is what i found out so far to help those who did it kane's way and are having trouble with own men killing new men what you need to do is go to your saved game and scroll down to where your new men are i used tank crew afr and what i noticed it had player 6 and the german are player 2 so just change the number 6 if thats what yours is to a 2 then save no more killing your own troops hope that helped

Hey ericgamer38,
When your adding units with the editor you need to set the "player#". If you just want to play with your changes you can play right in the editor. These steps are just for if you want to play your changes In-game. Don't forget to backup your file.
I tried to change the saved games of ToW2 but couldn't.

thanks kane i like this game but its to short only 4 missions for german i wonder if there is a way to build maps from scratch to make this a longer game like start date from poland and just add your own names and things that would be cool i just dont like games where you forced to lose no matter what i think panzer general 2 will always rule have you played that before its old but its been modified by others to make it cool again do you think this is doable to make maps from editor or maybe not to make a longer campaign kane how do you set player # in editor i dont see it also have you tried the dynamic campaign generator from moddb webpage looks cool but cant figure how to get it started

Oh yeah, takes alot of time. Yeah, I never really got that losing and still completing the mission. That one when thier at the port is a good one, lots of action. I might have to tweak that one again, maybe give the AI heavy Tanks. You might want to try some of the mods.
I never tried "Panzer General 2", it got a good review.

To make your guys godlike, with your unit selected put "impregnability" on "Harmless", both vehicle and troops.
