fallout.ini is the correct one

hmm i downloaded mod and there is: "Search for "set bInvalidateOlderFiles=0" in your Fallout3.ini file and change it to "set bInvalidateOlderFiles=1", if you haven't done so already."
but in FALLOUT.ini isnt set bInva.......

just as a general rule there is a mod that does this for you its on fallout 3 nexus
