So I killed Kolgrim because I didn't know he gives the Reaver specialization, how can I get it via a program/script?

If you go into the thread about console commands (the one that says its updated daily) I think there are commands to add talents and specs to a character. They only give it to that character tho and dont unlock it as a whole they way getting it normaly does.

load a save just before you chose to kill him, then do all you need to get the Reaver spec (once it is unlocked it should be available in your later saves)

Assuming you still have such a save available
