Is there a way to add the meteor metal ore to your inventory?

I found it once but then I didn't save and reloaded a point before it, so I don't have it.

Its something of a random event. But it only happens once per playthrough, so if your save has already flagged it as happened then you've lost it. If your using a save from b4 you found it then I guess its just a matter of patience. I dont know of a way to rush it. There is a cheat to add the items that star metal eventualy gets you:
runscript zz_starmetal_sword

That works. What about the sword from the Orzammar throne?

I dont think there is a command for that, you will have to get it the hard way, or use mvil's item mod
