I can't seem to access the last bonus level in crystal skull part 2 to get the last chest. I think it has something to do with the cave with wooden spikes in front but I've tried picking up all loose objects to use with it or blow it up or ram it and nothing. Also, does the frog do anything?

Edit: Nevermind I figured it out, indy whip to the rescue again.
