Regarding the Trainer 1.3, Unlimited Health, Endurance, No Tox....

Hello Everyone,
Never tried a trainer before. Thus, doing so with The Witcher 1.3. When I push F1 I get the trainer activated message and have read the instructions. Could someone explain what next? I push numpad 1: Health and nothing happens, same with the other keys. How do I get the the trainer to work? A short quick step by step would be excellent. Sorry for the bother, but I could use some help. Thank you

Never thought of that I have both versions American and R Rated from wherever? Presently running the wherever version.

When using the trainer must I use the numbers or do I need to meditate before or after. If I want to increase health and use #1 for an example do I see immediate results? Therein is my confusion?
