NOPed 4107E2 in CE and the game crashed. What exactly am I doing wrong?
Looks like the guy posted the wrong code-location or maybe the game uses shared routines where main game functions share the code with attributes like ball size etc.
I will look into the game soon.
What is this supposed to do? I NOPed it with CoSMOS and got nothing but crashes.
Link (will open a .jpg picture, safe)
Am I doing it right?

As I see, that code pops the value of the ebp register from the stack. NOP'ing it will obviously crash the game.
I tried to use your trainer, HonestGamer, and all I get is this error:
The box is titled Osmos Trainer.exe - No Disk and the text reads:
"There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \Device\Harddisk2\DR2."
With three dialog button options: Cancel, Try Again, Continue
All three just result in the box popping up again.
Strange! I never knew a Trainer would come with a CD-Check! Maybe there is something wrong with your system...

Using windows 7 64bit, and the steam version of the game. the game works fine, it's just the trainer. and the trainer doesn't do it till I launch the game.

Sorry, since I don't own a 64 bit operating system, I haven't tested the trainer under that environment. However I can confirm that the Trainer works on the 32 bit operating systems.
