Where can i find a file that contains: item weight, weapon clip etc.??

Item weightC:\Program Files\Deep Silver\S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Clear Sky\gamedata\config\system.ltx and C:\Program Files\Deep Silver\S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Clear Sky\gamedata\config\creatures\actor.ltx

Weapon ClipC:\Program Files\Deep Silver\S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Clear Sky\gamedata\config\weapons

That's where you find the files to change what you asked for.
