Alright, I know that before I posted saying it won't let me install the game but, I have a new laptop for college and want to play it on this one

    specs:

    C2D @ 2.53 Ghz
    Nvidia Quado FX 770M
    1920x1200 res
    2 GB RAM @ 800Mhz

now, I hit the install button on the menu that autoruns upon inserting the disk, then it flashes a loading bar and then NOTHING!

do I have to do the Ageia workaround, again? my drivers are up to date (19x.xxx)

Browse the DVD manually, and double-click the setup.exe file directly. See if that gets you going. That will eliminate any autorun/launcher issue.

I already have, twice now, running the direct setup.exe and the same thing happens, a flashed loading bar and then nothing, don't even get to the window saying "you are now going to install moh:a onto your computer. Click next to procede."

You will need to uninstall all of your AGEXI PHYSX files thingies before installing the game, sometimes the system will install two drivers of different graphic cards just to be on the safe side and that causes conflicts and we all know how great EA is right, so just uninstall and you should be able to install the game, hope i helped.

Ummmm, that is the process for when the AGEIA physx install goes wonky, I can't install even the game and I don't want to have to REBUY it on steam in order for it to work

Repurchased it on steam and had no problems. Its a good game, was worth the double spending in my book. Alot of people complain about steam for this reason or that reason... Havent had one installation issue with Steam.

I had the same problem, had to uninstall my nvidia physx since ageia wouldn't install. uninstall what ever physx version and then install the ageia one from the disc and you shouldn't have a problem. Just as a note check to make sure your laptop has a supported video chip for the game. Also check to make sure you have the latest drivers. I just happen to know this since I read the readme file. hope this helps.
