yoah this long time gamer callofdutyfreak. IF you have finished the game or unlocked the outfit for the robery fronts, go to the amunation at the mall and by sniperrifle from there and you will look like a terrorist. kickass man. also go to you safe house in vice point and go to big windows and start shooting, u never get killed plus if u want to make them to chase u but not want to die, buy the choppa on the roof or by the seaplane out back and fly a way.
