I'm afraid your best option is probably not to download these small patches they periodicaly release. Checking through the patch details, they are either very minor or only effect online gaming (I dont know if this trainer effects online games but I doubt it)

Any chance for a new update? I have version 1.1.3.2 digital download from steam. I have not updated and the trainers dont work for that version? Could you do one please for an Unlimited Member (me). Pretty please?

I'm with Dozer on this. I'm got the steam version aswell and sadly it's not working.
Blocked all future updates for the game so one last update of the trainer would be greatly appreciated.
