This is a quote that I got from a steam FAQ's site and it worked for me too.I know this is not the site for it but it would not let me post a reply. So I figured that other people who use your trainers might be having this problem and I thought this would help.
"I manage to single it down to the Model/ texture setting when this is on high it causes the crash so turn it down to low or medium and you should be ok. Well this is what worked for me"

He went through all of his video settings to find a solution.
