she has to leave to raise the 'godly baby' in secret and so she can possess the baby's body later to become a more powerful being than her mother the Flemeth.

I just finished the game today and I happened to go with morrigan's ending... Bit of a let down, but the game is too fun. Time to play 2-3 more times!
