I defeated all the demons for each fade realm including the demons holding my party members. However after I free each of my party members they disappear?? So I have been facing the sloth demon alone and it has been rough.

Does anyone know how to get my party members back?

You must do the "Nightmare" realm ones as well. The ones at the very edge of the choices. You can regain your party members by doing all of them.

I did all the nightmare realm ones. I spoke to each of my party members and defeated there demons. After I defeat each nightmare realm demon my party members just disappear...... Not sure whats going on. My quest log shows that everything has a check.

Your party members will reappear in your fight with sloth after you talk to him in the central area if you released them.

After I speak with the sloth demon my party members do not reappear...I am just alone. I have a talisman on each of the nightmare realm nodes indicating it has been complete. Maybe my quest is broken? I did see the sloth before I killed the nightmare demons, maybe that has something to do with it?

You should be unable to get to the center of the dream world (and thus the sloth demon) without first freeing your party members. After you free each one they will disappear, but when you get to the center and trigger the dialogue with the sloth demon they should appear.

Maybe this is what happened to you, as it happened to me and I had to start the game over. I had used the console command to add more party members beyond the 4 party limit and I had every party member with me in the mages tower. When I got to the sloth demon, I freed my companions and defeated the demon and returned to the real world only to find that i was completely alone, no other party members at all. The party selection screen showed only me; and since my quicksaves only went back as far as the dream world I had to start over. Moral of the story: DON'T use that cheat on big game events such as SLOTH/BRANKA.

I managed to get past my bug by starting the fade world over and doing everything in the right sequence.

*The key is to not go into the middle realm where sloth is UNTIL ALL nightmares are taken care of.

Hope this helps if anyone else runs into this problem.
