Here's the readme on the options:

Options

Numpad 1: Unlimited Health
Numpad 2: Unlimited Ammo
Numpad 3: No Reload
Numpad 4: Unlimited Grenades
Numpad 5: Accuracy
Numpad 6: Recoil
Numpad 7: Rapid Fire
Numpad .: Save Position
Numpad +: Teleport
Numpad -: Undo Teleport
Numpad 8: Super Speed
Numpad 9: Super Jump
Numpad 0: Low Gravity
Numpad *: One-Hit Kills
Numpad /: Bullet Time
\ Key: Spec-Ops Stars


Notes
-------

Numpad 1: Unlimited Health - tries to prevent you from dying
Numpad 2: Unlimited Ammo - when you reload, your ammo will not drop
Numpad 3: No Reload - most weapons will fire unlimited rounds.
Numpad 4: Unlimited Grenades - you will have unlimited grenades and your
grenade launcher will fire unlimited rounds without reloading.
Press again when grenades count is getting low.
Numpad 5: Accuracy - your crosshairs remain locked
Numpad 6: Recoil - your gun will have minimal recoil
Numpad 7: Rapid Fire - you can fire many weapons with devastating speed
Numpad .: Save Position - save your position in the game
Numpad +: Teleport - teleport to saved position
Numpad -: Undo Teleport - undo the teleport
Numpad 8: Super Speed - you can move much more quickly
Numpad 9: Super Jump - you can jump much higher
Numpad 0: Low Gravity - gravity has been reduced.
Numpad *: One-Hit Kills - minimal damage will kill NPC's in the game.
Numpad /: Bullet Time - slows the game down so you can see the carnage.
\ Key: Spec-Ops Stars - each press adds one more star to your total.

I just used the trainer. Don't get bitten by a dog. if the dog kills you the game restarts. just a friendly warning and the trainer works perfecly

It's not working with original Polish retail version.

Sorry for the false alarm.
Trainer works well with Polish version. I need to first start the game, second the trainer.

hey

well, i started a campaign while the trainer was still being made, and now when i try to load my save game, the game crashes to desktop.
I have the 2 DVD retail version

I did notice that there might have been a small patch already.

and of course, all hail Pwiz and Caliber.
