hey i'm stuck in the forest part looking for werewolf guy after talking to the grand oak tree i'm suppose to trick this forest barrier somehow anybody know what i'm missing here?

I think you're talking about the acorn you need to find. It's hidden in front of a hermit's resident in...I think it's the EAST forest? Can't quite remember, but it's the forest area just to the east of the big oak tree...just go get that and the oak tree should show you the way.
