I can't find out how to enchant my weapons :S and my inventory is getting heavy with runes of all kinds, any help?

when you go to your camp there will be 2 dwarves, one's a merchant, the other one will do enchant.

Only weapons with slots can be enchanted. You'll see 1, 2 or 3 empty boxes at the bottom of the item's description. There are only a handful of weapons in the game that can be enchanted. When you find a level 6 or 7 weapon with 3 slots you'll likely never swap it out for the rest of the game.

Your best bet would be to wait for some weapon mods to come out, or grab the toolset and make some yourself. The loot in DA is pretty underwhelming, so I'm sure we'll see an abundance of mods by the community to correct it in the near future.
