cant turn it off and u end up screwen up the game cuase u cant shoot ether

Cheat- Ghost cheat, to turn off, Hit F2 key to reopen the cheat console and type in walk then enter key to confirm and game should be back to normal. (make sure Sam is on a solid surface not stuck in wall or in between panels or you die.
