I too have all the DLC's (which are added bonuses for the game, like new armor, weapons, and a keep)and using the trainer does not cause any problems at all...

I have no problems with DLC but there are people on the bioware fourms with game crashes on the DLC with the patch and no trainer. It seems like its mostly the retail version and a problem with the patch and DLC not the trainer.

the problem is related to the patch trainer has no effect you will get crash issues, if you install dlc without first patching, re-install then apply patch the re download you dlc
