I have also tried all the trainers, without luck. I downloaded the trainer with google chrome, and the steam version crashes on launch basically.

I am running a 64-bit version of Windows 8.

Based on previous posts, does that mean we as users need to do a ****load of hocus-pocus to get trainer working?

I'm wondering if the people who say it works downloaded their trainer long ago, since the newest trainers that were "updated" I haven't gotten any of them to work with the latest version.

So I tried to download the steam versions for patch 3 and 4 as well, and they both crashes on start up like the one for patch 5 does.

I tried to download the trainer using my phone (Galaxy SIII) and transfer it to my PC. It did not work, but at least I know it has nothing to do with IE10 or anything.

I guess only option now is to use regular cheats, although I am looking into making a simple trainer myself for gold.

Edit: I tried the DA:O - Awakening for steam as well, and it crashes just like the others for steam.

that is an IE10/Win8 related crash. Doesn't matter what you download it with, trainer uses IE to authenticate. UNINSTALL IE10 AND/OR WINDOWS 8. There will be no more comments regarding this trainer. We have done all we can with it and are now just repeating ourselves.
