what is it ? like a book all about halo or something? and they have or are making a wowpedia im quite sure, u know world fo warcraft. anyways how much are u paying for this book, standered issue and special?

It's about $30 on amazon.
But to be honest I wouldn't recommend it. There's nothing new in it and you're constantly seeing parts that scream that Microsoft doesn't want to create any new information. It's not really an encyclopedia, more like a collection of information that any halo fan already knows.
A real Halo encyclopedia would be 4 or 5 times bigger, covering the same material just more in depth.

the fact that they wasted time even making something like that means that they want to make more money off a more of less dead series ... not saying its a bad series but seriously what more can they possible do for halo? i think they have about covered everything they can ... unless im forgetting something in which case please tell me so i can go back and look it over again
