kaspersky security 2009 always deletes the trainer exe. kaspersky will not let me ignore it. all the other trainer i downloaded from cheathappens.com work fine. can anybody help me?

Have you tried to disable your antivirus-firewall before you download the trainer? You may also have to disable it when you run the trainer. Trainer is clean Link.
