Confirmed the infinite health also working for enemies.

Please provide a savegame with exact recreate instructions.

Also the one hit kill option (2) will cause various UI elements to freeze, very noticeable when completing objectives and it will make the lockpick mini-game impossible, it's still very useful however as it allows you to kill enemies that are affected by the unlimited health issue above.

I'd provide a save but you can't save the game and it relies only on a autosave system, will see if I can upload any of those though I might be too far ahead so that the last available save is still after the lockpick puzzle.

EDIT: Found a easy way to test this with the start of the game, you can't throw of the helmet like trap with the option activated and the puzzle itself will bug a bit but can still be completed up to that point.

I concur, unlimited health works for enemies as well.

Actually I found a workaround for the health option. Turn it on then off when you fight someone. It keeps your health at max yet you can hurt them. Now make sure to turn it back on after the fight or you can die from the glass and other nasties.
