Trainer Doesn't Work in Win7 TRM

Regarding the Trainer (STEAM 10.18.2009), Unlimited Health, Concentration, Be....

The 10.18.2009 release of the trainer doesn't seem to work with the Steam version of Dreamkiller under Windows 7 x64 RTM. I can't even get an 'Activated' response after starting the trainer, starting the game, then pressing F1 at the main game menu.

Any ideas?

turn on f-lock, disable AV, run as admin, etc. I have Win7 X64 and it's working fine.
