Would be nice to see, albeit so far I've only seen this game on Gamersgate (Digital download.), seems to be a bit low-budget though the game ended up quite well even though the voice acting is quite bad and the translation is a bit inaccurate (For a reason though, original Russian version was quite extreme from what I've read.)
The program "T-Search" works for health and money but is a bit cumbersome, skillpoints also work OK but perks bugged a bit when I tried to alter those points, game didn't like that abilities were increased over 10 either.

The utility "dxwnd" was needed to run the game in windowed mode, otherwise as you said it'll overlay the game screen over the desktop or how to describe it.
