    Regarding the Cheats & Hints.

Okay, I believe that most of you have faced three common problems in city building:
    1) Lack of food
    2) Long distances
    3) Unhappiness due to unemployment.

To solve lack of food, here's simple rules:
-You can have upto 5 butcheries per goat farm. This will produce enough food for about 4000 persons at normal rations and work hours.
-You can build upto 3 bakeries per mill, and 2 mills per wheat farm. This will produce enough food for about 5000 persons at normal rations.
-Don't build facilities(barberies, etc.) before they're needed by about 1000 persons or more.
-Shorten distance beetween warehouses and farms, because they lose productivity when there's one guy missing from work.

Long distances are a little harder problem, but still easy to solve. In early phase, it will be no problem, but when you start reaching insulas, there will be lack of space. The points are:
-Don't build at the edges, but move the buildings slowly towards your city center. (Will work only with insulas)
-Spread the shops around the city, instead of building around warehouses/granaries, this will be very effective way as you reach the insulas.
(-Don't demolish houses, MOVE them by clicking the green arrow on the right hand side.)
-Don't build wonders on top of any facilities. As they are very large, there could be many facilities to be demolished and rebuilt. This would also "reset" many families.

    To solve the unemployment:
-Don't care about it. If you start to lose happiness, increase wages/ratios and/or decrease work hours.
