Well, The inquisitor stole Uresgor's skull with telekinesis and locked himself in the titan room, When I talk to him again he say's "you must become a titan lord" but, that is basically all he say's and then you can't talk to him again >.<.

Now my question is - wtf do I do now?

Press L and check the quest logs?

Or perhaps next time dont click right mouse button to skip the dialogue :P

talk to Uresgor he will give you a quest to find her armour/weps... and dont forget the rune from him tome.

Their is no quest, and I didn't.

Well...That might be why he was bugged >.>; I decided to use the give all console cheat for the stupid disc's since I couldn't find 1 of them for the life of me >.<;

o.o; Really need some help here guys.

Try equipting armor, healmet and wapon that was made for Titan. (Titan is in the name)

Then try talking Uresgor
