Yes it does. However, the trainer's hover mode only allows you to walk off cliffs and ledges and continue walking as if on a flat surface, but you can't move up and down. What we want, and what these console commands do, is make Levitate into a viable flight power. You can levitate up and drift down as long as the power is on. It'd be awesome if the trainer could do that too, but until it does, these console commands will let us do what we want.
