Well, i was in.. harbor city, doing a few quests for the monastery, which i needed to help out.. Berschwur? or w/e his name is, and some other contacts in which he mentioned, after a while, i got upto a few more quests, and after this 1 quest, it stopped letting me talk to anyone, and i mean.. ANYONE, i cannot talk to anything/anyone, it just.. froze, i can interact with other stuff, like beds/seats.. just not.. people. ._.
