Just Like to ask why does anti virus software I'm using Kaspersky Anti Virus 8.0 delete the trainer when i does a full scan it and stated this

"Deleted Trojan program Trojan.Win32.Buzus.cbty C:\Documents and Settings\Bobby\Desktop\Batman Trainer\batm-bobbymalaysia-f83f5e55da8c3e9.zip/batm-bobbymalaysia.exe"

pls advise how do i prevent this thing to happen

First disable your AV, extract the trainer, add it to your AV's exception list, turn on your AV.

All the Trainers here at CH are safe...They are only traced by AV's because of their general nature (They inject codes in the game process).

The virus alerts here are false alarms, nothing to worry about.
