Here's the readme on the options:

Options

Numpad 1: Instant Health
Numpad 2: Instant Mana
Numpad 3: Super Health
Numpad 4: Super Mana
Numpad 5: Max Experience
Numpad 6: Add 10 Learning Points
Numpad 7: Add Strength
Numpad 8: Add Dexterity
Numpad 9: Add Wisdom
Numpad 0: One Hit Kills
Numpad +: Heal Target
Numpad -: Drain Target Health
Numpad *: Add Gold
F1: Super Speed
F2: Super Jump
F3: Grim Reach Attack
F4: Hover Mode

Notes
-------

Numpad 1: Instant Health - toggle this on and you will heal constantly and instantly
Numpad 2: Instant Mana - toggle this on and you will regen Mana constantly and instantly
Numpad 3: Super Health - toggle this on and your health is massive
Numpad 4: Super Mana - toggle this on and your mana is massive
Numpad 5: Max Experience - press this key and your experience will max to next level.
Numpad 6: Add 10 Learning Points - press this key to add 10 learning points.
Numpad 7: Add Strength - press this key to add Strength points.
Numpad 8: Add Dexterity - press this key to add Dexterity points.
Numpad 9: Add Wisdom - press this key to add Wisdom points.
Numpad 0: One Hit Kills - press this key and you will kill the enemy with one hit in most
cases.
Numpad +: Heal Target - the targeted unit will heal when you press this key.
Numpad -: Drain Target Health - this will weaken the targeted unit.
Numpad *: Add Gold - Press 'I' to enter the inventory and then press this key to add Gold.
You may have to leave the inventory and return to see it has taken hold or enter the
character screen with 'C' to watch it increase.
F1: Super Speed - turn this on and you can move faster
F2: Super Jump - turn this on and your jumps are higher
F3: Grim Reach Attack - turn this on and all attacks (including some enemies) can be made
at a greater distance. This affects your weapon permenantly so it's probably best
to pull your weapon out, press this ONCE, and then find the enemies to attack, NOT
when you are already being attacked. At any rate, this coupled with the One Hit
Kills option is pure carnage. You can take out an entire encampment with one swing.
Use this option carefully!
F4: Hover Mode - this allows you to walk over traps and off of cliffs, etc. Be careful as
if you are too high and turn it off or press the spacebar you will fall to a long
death below.

New options added... trainer updated.

I have idea for nice option...
When We use levitation, speed (etc) spell the bar "how much left" appears... So if You could do option for freeze/unfreeze it would be great!

Use the console, type: edit PC_Hero
Then a window will appear, PropertySets -> CharacterMovement (double click on them)
there you'll find everything related to moving speed, jump parameters, etc. and levitation
After you modify a value, press enter in order to save it.

The 'hover' option is not working.. 🤔 Anyone having the same problem?

the speed-cheat is the most awesome and time-saving option ever; would have gone long insane without it

indeed the speed is handy if you gonna travel far, but be carefull so you dont runn of a cliff...well then your dead, god mode or not, and i to can get the hovering to work, how about make the levitade time bar(Yellow bar) to be frosen?
