Thats to bad. I understand how it might feel to have your work unappreciated. As I've said before I'm extremely happy with CH and definetly feel that I got my money's worth.
I make a last attempt with begging. Please see if you can fix it. If you don't, I won't blame you but I would love it if you did

i would love to see a updated version as well, Caliber its just Gallowglass who seems to be rude everyone else here appreciates the time you put into this and other games. Previous version worked perfect for me. If you might find the time to look after it again, great, if not my worlds still spinning. Thanks again.

Dont forget one thing, we are customers who buying stuff from you. Customers should be your masters, always you if you trying to sell something to other people. Customers have full rights to complain if they payed for something from you and you are suppose to try help as soon as possible (if its possible - in this case just another updated and fixed trainer = its possible ).
So please dont say stuff like i am stopping to create trainers for you because of bla bla.......sorry, but thats not the right way at all in bussiness.

@Radious1987 -- I think what you're failing to realize is that we're selling a SERVICE, not a PRODUCT. The terms of that service are determined by many factors, including user feedback (negative or positive). Whether we make 1 trainer a month or 50 trainers a month and whether we support a game for 6 months or 2 years is completely up to us and would still fall within our terms of service. Some games like this which takes 10x longer to update than any normal game, we continue to support because of positive user feedback. When that feedback becomes negative then it's just not worth our effort to continue updating it, especially when the game publisher is going out of their way to change the code and thwart our efforts.

I agree with Takeakah, I would hope that you keep updating, I'm not complaining about the service at all, I was just letting you guys know what was going on with the ship movements and crashing. If it wasnt for you guys we wouldnt be able to use any cheats. I think that the vast majority feel the same way. Please dont let a couple douchebags stop you from providing appreciated service to the rest of us.
Thanks!

Yes but for example this game is STEAM game, that means that when they release a patch you dont have choice and must update it, so all older trainers are totally useless. So its obvious that customers want working stuff for their game. I agree its always better to ask politely and not just complain all the time, but that changes nothing on that thing. Its maybe nice yo ualready created 10 trainers or more for ETW for for people who didnt pirate game it doesnt matter, they have latest version always and older trainers doesnt work = its useless for them.
I beleive it can be annyoing keep working no this game, its fault of developers that they released beta game and must fixing it with 1000 patches. But for people who bought the game and payed for unlimited membership leave nothing else then just all the time wait on new trainer. So saying in the middle of the game we wont support it anymore is in my opinion not best thing. ETW will have definitely atlest 4 - 5 patches, dlcs or updates which will require probably another 4- 5 trainers.

Lol Caliber, I hope you spoke out of anger or made a really bad joke. I haven't "complained" and the other ppl that also haven't dont deserve to be punished because u don't like it when ppl reports a problem with a trainer.
That said, you do fine work here at cheathappens and I hope u will always continue making quality trainers.

Allow me to clarify. If you are working on a voluntary basis out of good will, I apologise if any offence has been taken, none was meant. Otherwise we are talking business so read on.
If you are a Professional then you must understand that it is not unreasonable for a customer to buy a product or service and expect it to work. That you have spent a considerable effort on the trainer is understood, but the point is that it is still flawed and so has caused an element of disappointment; which I and others have duly expressed. Please therefore understand my exasperation and that of other CH contributors who have experienced crashes and spent, collectively, as much if not more time trying to resolve the issue. Criticism happens; Professionals assess and deal with it.
I have asked CH to 'take steps to ensure a more reliable service and to inform customers of the outcome'. PWizard informs us elsewhere that CH is 'looking into these issues and will address them in due time'. I thank CH for such a response and trust that the process will be undertaken in a timely manner to the future benefit to both CH and its subscribers.
