First of all there are many RTS games that are worse than CoH (IE: Raven Squad, Star Wars:EaW), atleast CoH for an RTS has u connect wit the characters (a hard task for the this type of gameplay). How is this a mod for DoW 1 series? Better engine, better mechanics, actual tactical unit deployment, btw units do take cover by themselves if it is readily available unless commanded to do otherwise. Also tanks are very easy to defeat on CoH, a tank in CoH is an investment of quite a bit of resources, 1 well placed AT-Gun can really ruin anyone tat has a tank rush strategy. The resource is called Manpower not Casualties. It just means the amount of men required to produce said units like in a factory.

its a different animal to compare it to COH is like comparing apples and oranges. It's got its high points. Its way more fast paced and you get tons of panthers and tigers COH your lucky if you get 2 per mission. And scale is much larger it has to be dialed down. I personally like it, is it a coh no, but it still sweet.
