    Who offers demos these days?

Well, I tried it, and OOW just seems like an extremely cheap Company of Heroes ripoff. Same camera, same locations, same units, same almost everything.

Demos are really rare, and good demos are even rarer. Even then, the actual game might not be as fun as the demo.

COH has no equal till date as far as WW2 RTS's r concerned. and i certainly don't expect Order of War to be as good as COH...but is the game really that bad? howz the gameplay?

    Gameplay is slow.

The accuracy of your troops is pathetic, voice acting is of low quality, max graphics in DX10 are crap, the FOV is far too wide and the camera is too sluggish and cannot be moved far enough.

    It's just crap.

    LOL!

    Same units? it's friggin WWII!!!!

Also, the game has little resemblance to COH, it's kinda more like World in Conflict modded into WWII rather than the 1980's.

As for COH having no equal? you must be joking. CoH is one of the crappiest RTSs to ever come out. It's Dawn of War 1 shoddily modded into a pseudo-WWII theme.
It's a game where the best of players can be defeated by a newb who simply uses a tank rush tactic (I was the newb, I defeated great players easily).
It has base building while claiming to be realistic. The units are your control are brain dead and require you to tell them to defend themselves or even take cover.
It has stupid resource management with stupid names (so why do I need 500+ men to be killed in order to make a tank?!)

Also, "THIS IS PANZER PANZER!". :P
