I have the proper PC retail version complete with wall poster, but I can tell you that I have had gliding probs were he sort of flaps his cape. Also I have just been knocked back after many hours of playing the game, all the up to Bane, then I needed a rest. I shut down and later started the game again only to be told that my last save was corrupt and to delete it. I am gutted. Is there no 'Saved games' thet you can drop in a folder that takes you to were I last left off?

one thing you could try ashton, is backing up your savegame regularly, to try to prevent yourself from losing all your progress
Savegame is found in -your documents folder-\Eidos\Batman Arkham Asylum\SaveData\-random folder name-\Save?.sgd on 7/vista

Great idea, I thought the saves were encrypted in some folder within the C:drive aidos etc etc. It will be a pain backing the save files regularily but at least they are safe all I need now is a glide fix. This is crap for a game costing 25 quid (whats that 50 dollars), it should only be released when its right.

if you bought the game legitly, and are not using the old crackfix, you shouldn't have a problem with the glide... hell, even the newer crackfixes fix the glide problems. I haven't had a single problem with my steam copy
