Yes, you are getting a bit paranoid. Notice - I use the installer. And installer that puts game files deep within user directories. This is what many viruses do: infect user directories. So crappy (let's face it - good AV's showed nothing) Anti-Viruses detect it as a potential risk. Also could be because of the "silent" installation I've chosen. Means it doesn't let you choose the directory. AV's don't like that too. And could be because the previous version edits user's configuration (INI) file to add laser sight. Viruses often alter system/user settings. Usually such installers are being rated as "Trojan Dropper" though, so I assume it's because it silently puts files (saves and profile) deep within user directories, as I said. My installer is fairly easy to disassemble, nothing's coded - you can unpack it and look inside. There are no viruses, only game files.
I think I gave a quite detailed answer to that.
-------------
By the way, noticed something. The option to turn laser sight on is meant for NVIDIA stereo googles ONLY. So if you apply it (like I did), it will divide your first game cinematic in two. Sorry guys, didn't notice right away.
This is the version without laser sight:
www.filefactory.com/file/a0a301d/n/Resident_Evil_5_Unlocker_zip
In order to remove existing laser sight, go to your:
Documents -> CAPCOM -> Resident Evil 5 -> config.ini
Open with notepad, and change "STERE=ON" to "STEREO=OFF".
Well, decide for yourselves whichever do you need more - normal intro cinematic, or the laser sight.
