I know this is a old game and topic, i haven't played this game in over 6 years, but i came across it while going thru a old box of disk and games and i thought why the hell not lets play it again for old time sakes, so i installed it or tried to on vista 64 and it wouldn't do it of course but i soon found a way to get it to install, and it plays ok but i haven't gotten to the parts of the game where it is buggy and the patch fixes them so i know i will run into an issue sooner or later plus the patch allows u to save any where and i saved my old mods that i cant use with out the patch. So my question is if any one would even look at this, but is there a fix to make the 1.1 patch install on vista 64 cause right now i get when trying to patch, a (Missing or invalid registry/INI entry), I cant find on google or any where else that could fix this problem. Is it hopeless or is there something im not doing?

No idea if your still around, but if you still feel a craving for the good old days then you can get this from Gog.com with 1.1 already in the installer working for OS's all the way up to Windows 7

Although if you desire to go online unfortunately Won.net is long expired (While won.net was very poor and deserved death, the game was always very popular in its day even though the online content was very limited and the support pretty much non existant)

I did find the Cog.com site and i snagged the game with the 1.1 patch. I was a Happy Vampire after i got it installed and dawned the garb of Christof Romuald once again. I found it like year or so after posting my first post on this topic. I also got the QUEEN of the DAMN mod for it as well for it, i had a blast with those old mods, i just wish i still had my old custom skins from my Hell Fire Clan. Oh well it, is all good and i THANK YOU Again for your reply.
