Call of Duty: World at War Message Board  

Ive just got the game and i know im a little behind lol and i have two problems.
1 when i start the game it asks if i want to create an online profile but when ever i put in a name it tells me i cannot create one no matter what i put in. does anyone know why?
2 on the second mission you get 2 missile strikes to complete i can do the first and clear the tree line but when it come to the second one and i have to call one in to take out the jap tanks i cant no matter where i stand or target. again does anyone know why?

any help would be great.......

Im not sure about the first one, maybe you have to sign up to something.

On the second make sure you're hitting the correct tank, IIRC theres one there which has nothing to do with what you're doing. I remember getting stuck there at one point, there should be one further in the distance.

thx sorted that bit now but cant get passed the next level at the air fireld ive used the bazzuka to destroy the tanks but nothing is happening now my unit is up by the triple A turrets doing nothing and no matter what i do the wont move.

You have to destroy all the marked tanks ,then move on .

did that there are no more marked tanks on the map

Are you using a trainer? Trainers can halt your progress in a game when you least expect it.

i was to start with but i restarted the game again without it and restarted the game and got the same thing but i have also found that if you turn off the trainer and restart you still have was benifits of the trianer as i still had unlimited ammo and couldnt die.

Strange, I never had that problem. Try reinstalling the game, it might help. I really can't help you more, never encountered anything similar. After I deactivated the trainer, everything worked fine.
