There are fixes out for that issue but you must search for them on your own.

ohh my mistake, thought you where at the place with the invisible wall. in that place you are now you don't have to graple there, there is another way to get to there.. instead of moving the grate go forward and there is a cliff to the left you can grapple at the top.
