After going through so much agro trying to finish the game I have. Now I just wanna do the 100% part, and the security fences won't shut down. I even used the decryptor on one security box to deactivate it and it didn't work.
Add one more bug to the game. This also means I can't get some of the challenges.
I also noticed that at the electric chair section I can't grapple onto the gargoyles nor glide or jump into the actual room.
Add another bug aswell then.
There had better be a patch soon, cos the 360 version was perfect. I can understand why they put the date back now.
Anyhow, if anyone knows or has had this and found a way around it, please share.

or after the riddlers riddle about that arkum guy was he crazy or dizzy thing anyway to grapple onto the vent up there

It's a nice idea but I think you'll be able to do it only when the retail version of the game comes out on Sept. 15th
