I HAVE DOWNLOADED A TRAINER AND IT IS WORKING BUT IT SAID TO BACKUP MY SAVE? CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT THAT MEANS AND HOW TO DO IT. PLEASE HELP AND CAN SOME ONE TELL ME HOW TO WORK THE SAVEGAME THINGS I HAVE ALSO DOWNLOADED THAT BUT DONT GET IT. THANK YOU

I don't think it has asked so, if it has:-

It is for maintaining safety of your progress just in case if the trainer corrupts your save file. So just back it up.
