Has anyone found a way to edit the spells/competences yet?

I've used the decoder and got all the money/armor/weapons/exp I need.

I'm looking to change things like the duration of "Aesir's Blessing" under Tyr for Nordik. The "cry" spells are far too short of duration and I would like to increase the radius of the sphere and the duration they last.

I would really like to fix Dual Wield/Ambidextrous, it seems to slow my attack speed to a very very slow and useless pace.
