Hmm..the XP and Upgrade points don't work for me. The rest of the options do. I followed the instructions but XP doesn't change nor does Upgrade points.
Should I send in a save to see if that will help fix the issue?

I just sent it in submit cheats. The save file is only 20kb which is nice.
