Yea, and it's the most common type of armor now. You'd think they'd change their armor after it stopped being special, but they didn't.

Recon is ok, but its not 'the next big thing' anymore. its quite easy to get now. comeplete all of the Vid master achievements on Both Halo 3 and Halo 3: ODST to unlock yourself some recon.
